Where We Ship

We ship from Perth, Western Australia to customers worldwide.

Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Australia

  • Free shipping on orders $60+
  • Standard shipping: flat rate displayed at checkout

International

We ship globally using Australia Post International Standard.

  • Free international shipping on orders $100+
  • Standard international shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination
    (New Zealand from $12–$15 AUD, USA/Canada/UK/Europe from $18–$22 AUD)

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (launches, holidays), dispatch times may extend slightly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia

  • Metro: 2–6 business days
  • Regional: 3–8 business days

International (Estimates)

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Asia: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We complete all required export documentation, including:

  • Accurate item descriptions (Children’s hats)
  • HS Code: 6505.00.90
  • Declared value of each item

Most small orders pass through without fees, but this depends on your country’s regulations.

 

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel seems delayed, contact us at support@duncs.au and we’ll help investigate with Australia Post.
